VNVi have announced today the release of repedo™ Enterprise 3.0, shipping April 2007.
The new release contains new modules for forms based documents and scanning of external documents, along with improvements within the existing modules.
The Advanced Document Writer module brings the facility to create complex forms-based documents to repedo™ Enterprise. With this new feature, repedo™ Enterprise clients can extend repedo™ further into their organisation, addressing all the differing document types and needs. With the unique feature of forms rules, users can adjust the generated form based upon the data contents, allowing for complex data expansion and translation.
Extending further the Advanced Document Archive, repedo™ Enterprise 3.0 includes integration to TWAIN based scanners for direct scanning of non- repedo™ external documents into the archive. With the ability to search and enter metadata about the documents, paper based archives can be eliminated with ease. When combined with the Oracle eBusiness Suite Adapter v2.0, repedo™ users can search Oracle eBusiness Suite to identify the correct document metadata, quickly and accurately.
repedo™ Enterprise 3.0 with document scanning will be available to all existing customers as part of their Support and Maintenance Agreement.
The Advanced Document Writer module is available as separately licensed add-on module.
