The repedo™ Enterprise Edition Integrator supports may enterprise applications like Oracle eBusiness Suite, SAP, PeopleSoft and  Seibel, and thereby increasing RoI even further.           

ERP Integration

Many organizations embrace off the shelf Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications to support their business functions. They allow an organization to consolidate information using a single product, centralizing all corporate information.

Integrating repedo™ Enterprise Edition with such systems brings immense document Management and Creation capability resulting in RoI in terms of time to market and usability. Through the repedo™ Enterprise Edition integration adaptors, repedo™ seamlessly sits alongside the corporate ERP application, delivering consistent and extensive RoI for all ERP documents such as letters, invoices, purchase orders, collection notices and employee documents.

Oracle eBusiness Suite Adaptor

The repedo™ Enterprise Edition’s Oracle eBusiness Suite adapter has been designed to fully integrate Oracle eBusiness Suite with repedo™ Enterprise Edition. The adaptor supports a level of integration to provide users with a total experience from information gathering to generation.

The management of user security is of particular importance within any product. Typically, products manage their own security system, separating themselves from any existing security structure. repedo™ Enterprise Edition removes this and shares the Oracle eBusiness Suite responsibility matrix and Single Sign-On to create a true single user experience. Once a user has signed into the Oracle eBusiness Suite, a single click will transfer them to repedo™ Enterprise Edition along with their Oracle responsibility information, ensuring repedo™ options are managed based upon the users eBusiness responsibility.

Documents created within repedo™ Enterprise Edition can also be made available to Oracle eBusiness as concurrent requests. Using the in-built repedo™ Concurrent Publisher, Oracle concurrent requests are automatically generated with the correct parameters and designated reporting set. The headache of request management is removed from eBusiness Administrators, allowing them to manage their installation and not the repedo™ Enterprise Edition adapter.

Other ERP Adaptors

Adaptors for PeopleSoft, Siebel and SAP are also available. They operate with similar functionalities as the Oracle eBusiness Suite adaptor described above.
